How did I go from barely surviving to thriving as a Queen?

My training, personally and professionally, has given me great expertise in Strategic Thriving®, a transformative framework that empowers women to cultivate resilience and purpose-aligned success in life.

With over 25 years of experience across medicine, education, and personal development, I help women move beyond overcoming challenges to thriving with intention, joy, and sovereignty. I also work in Medical Communications as a teacher and a skilled medical editor, equipping future medical leaders with global communication skills and helping doctors and medical scientists/researchers refine their ‘voice’.

But before all this, my story looked very different.

From Survival to Sovereignty
Years ago, I found myself in a foreign country, alone with two babies, and starting over.
Life had pushed me to the edge, but something inside me refused to stay there.
I discovered the power of gratitude, a shift so profound it changed everything.
I learned to:

I’ve learned what it means to start over, and I know the power of support, strategy, and self-trust. And so, I pay homage to the many Japanese women who lifted me up when I had no strength left. Without their unflinching support and kindness, I would not be here today.
